These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Enveglas ESG Diagnostic Tool ("Enveglas"), a service provided by Wylde Connections Ltd. ("we", "our", or "us"). By using Enveglas, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the tool.

 

1. Who We Are

Wylde Connections Ltd. is a sustainability consultancy based in Leamington Spa, UK. Enveglas is part of our digital ESG tools suite.

 

2. Access and Eligibility

To use Enveglas, you must:

  • Be 18 years or older

  • Register an account with accurate and complete information

  • Use the tool only for lawful business purposes

 

3. Licence to Use

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use Enveglas for internal business purposes. You may not sublicense, sell, or distribute Enveglas outputs externally without our prior written consent.

 

4. Intellectual Property and Data Ownership

All content, methodologies, interfaces, and outputs of Enveglas are the intellectual property of Wylde Connections Ltd. We retain full ownership of the platform and all associated rights.

By using Enveglas:

  • You retain ownership of any raw data you input.

  • Wylde Connections retains ownership of the structure, interpretation, and processed outputs generated by the tool.

  • We reserve the right to use anonymised and aggregated data for internal analysis, benchmarking, and product development.

 

5. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

  • Enter accurate, truthful data

  • Use the platform in a professional and ethical manner

  • Refrain from reverse-engineering, copying, or interfering with the platform's operation

 

6. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms. You may terminate your account by contacting us in writing.

 

7. Liability Disclaimer

Enveglas is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for any loss, damage, or legal issues arising from your use of the platform, except where legally required.

 

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the UK courts.
